Leadership

The Lord led Pastor Miller and his wife, Rachel, to Mountain View in 2007 right after being married. Both Pastor miller and Rachel had the blessing of growing up in Christian homes and were saved as young children. Together, they have three sons— Jude, Jonah, and James—and one daughter, Jade. Pastor Miller and his wife served as the youth leaders at MVBC for sixteen years. Pastor Miller was voted in as lead pastor in October 2023.

The Lord led Chad and his wife, Rosalia, to serve at Mountain View Baptist Church where Chad grew up and now serves as youth pastor. Chad joined the staff of Mountain View Baptist Church in February 2025 as youth pastor. Prior to that, they were actively involved in various ministries within the church. Both were saved as children and share a sincere passion for discipling others and guiding young people to develop a strong, personal walk with Christ.
